Vision statement

My passion is working for lasting change - in organisations, in society and in the environment.

My wish is to work in a stimulating environment, which involves as many as possible of the following: performance management, implementing plans, auditing effectiveness, developing cross-cultural and/or inter-agency partnerships, and strategy-setting.

Career summary

10 years experience in social work, in the field and as a manager. Enabled change through detailed analysis, motivating people and persisting, with imagination. Improved the performance of organisations and provided effective training and development for teams. Considerable cross-cultural experience.

The way I work

I love to achieve results, which I do by working in partnership with others, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. I have a varied educational background (music, management studies, social work) and I have always worked with diversity. As a result, I am adept at looking at things from different perspectives, and I enjoy the challenges and richness of working between organisations and sectors: building bridges, facilitating learning, creating partnerships.
